Kika NY was founded in 2009 bij Kika Vliegenthart & Sabine Spanjer.Both born in the Netherlands, Sabine was an interactive designer before moving to Brooklyn, and Kika finished her MA in Economics before becoming a leathersmith under Barbara Shaum in Manhattan.

Our goal is to design high quality goods that will last a lifetime - ones with clean, simple lines that eliminate the unnecessary.All of our products are handmade with traditional techniques passed on from legendary leathersmith Barbara Shaum.Kika trained and worked with Barbara for more than 15 years and worked along side her for designers like Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, and Donna Karen.

To keep the the tradition alive, we work with machines custom-built for our studio and tools from old-school suppliers in France and the UK. Most of our resources come from Europe as well. We use high-end leather from Portugal, Italy, and Belgium, and our solid brass hardware is hand-tooled in a family-owned foundry in Europe.

About us

Hello there! Thanks so much for taking the time to find out a little bit more about us. Alphabet Bags is an accessories brand creating lovely items with an emphasis on the simple, bold and cheerful.

We (Lucas and Hayley) are a husband and wife team in our twenties, living, working and generally having a good time in London. Alphabet Bags was born in our spare room in East Dulwich in 2008 as a result of our shared love of typography, the alphabet and simple totes.

Alphabet Bags launched quite simply with 26 cotton totes printed with every lovely letter from A to Z. People sure seemed to like them, and this not only made us very happy but it also encouraged us to carry on designing new things. We now have a whole bunch of collections including initial coin purses, colourful totes for summer, wash bags, a wedding collection and more typographic totes than you can shake a stick at. We are always working on new things and boy do we have big plans!

We also run the online gallery The Calm Gallery, where we work with some fantastic artists and designers to offer lots of lovely prints for the home. Be sure to check it out at thecalmgallery.com,  you may well like what you find over there too.

Inventory was established in 2009 as an online platform and biannual publication to explore the aesthetic and cultural interests of its founders. By offering a unique and global perspective on design, craftsmanship and culture, both forgo the temporariness of trend to instead focus on the brands, designers and artists whose bodies of work reflect a commitment to quality, and a desire for innovation.
Working with established and emerging photographers, stylists and writers, the magazine places equal emphasis on accomplished journalism and beautiful imagery, and seeks to represent contemporary icons alongside future influencers.
Guided by the same principles, Inventory Stockroom offers a carefully considered selection of brands, publications and objects, available online; at the Gastown-based store in Vancouver; Dover Street Market’s London and Tokyo locations; and from this spring, at a second retail space in New York City.

I have always believed that style and practicality are not at odds with each other.  I started Shades of Grey by Micah Cohen in 2009 to make progressive fashion more wearable, attainable and accessible.   That philosophy is the backbone of the brand.  The name Shades of Grey is about a balance between extremes.   It reflects my goal of balancing fashion forward concepts with wearability and accessibility. CLOT x SSUR 2013 Spring/Summer “CHANNEL ZERO” Pink Collection

Following New York-based SSUR’s Hong Kong takeover with the installation of the GUTTER STORE last week, the duo align yet again for a special “CHANNEL ZERO” Pink Collection. Off the strength of colorway adaptations of SSUR The Cut’s COMME des FUCKDOWN in red, GUTTER STORE is set to host the special Pink Collection as a Valentine’s Day edition. In total, the collection will be comprised of a beanie, hoodie, snapback hat, iPhone case, as well as a trio of T-Shirt colorways. The range builds on the CHANNEL ZERO motif with a flipped colorway that is decidedly Valentine’s Day centric. The collection will release on February 13, 2013, through the GUTTER STORE at the JUICE Tsim Sha Tsui location in Hong Kong. Otherwise, the GUTTER STORE will be open through March 3, 2013 with the more comprehensive CLOT x SSUR product assortment.

남성 신발 브랜드로 2010년 SS 데뷔하였으며 craftsmanship, quality, durability, and comfort(숙련성, 질, 내구성, 편안함) 네가지 기본 원칙을 지닌 이 브랜드는 스탠다드한 디자인을 기반으로 Thorocraft만의 프린트, 절개 패턴 의 원단매칭, 차분한 컬러감의 아웃솔 등.. 보여지는 모든 것 에서 이들만의 아이덴티티를 느낄 수 있다.


흔하지 않은 페이즐리 패턴에, 덕부츠를 연상시키는 뱀프(vamp), 과감한 절개 패턴과 원단 믹스 이번 시즌 역시 기대를 저버리지 않았다. 신생 브랜드라 말하기 어려울 정도로 대단하다.
벌써부터 다음 시즌 컬렉션이 기대된다.
